Meet the Human Resources Team

  • Responsible for management of personnel functions, monitors certificated and classified recruitment, compliance officer, complaints and grievances, contract management and negotiations, Health Benefits Committee


  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director of Human Resources including assistance and support of bargaining unit negotiations, coordinates Uniform Complaints, Title IX Complaints, other complaints, certificated and classified grievances, Golden Bell awards, Board Reports including Personnel Action Reports, administrator recruitment and personnel support, Board Policy updates, Williams Act, Credentialing including CalSAAS monitoring, completion of Egregious Misconduct Reporting (AB2534 & SB848)

     

  • Coordinates certificated staff hiring, onboarding/orientation, resignations, credential monitoring including CalSAAS monitoring, professional growth and salary advancement, certificated seniority list, Intent to Return and Rehire List

     

     

  • Coordinates classified staff hiring, onboarding/orientation, resignations, professional growth and salary advancements, classified seniority list, Intent to Return and Reasonable Assurance letters

     

     

  • Coordinates certificated and classified benefits enrollment and changes including annual Open Enrollment, Leaves of Absence, Interactive Process Under the ADA, Workers Compensation and Ergonomic Assessments


     

  • Responsible for classified and certificated substitutes, classified and certificated absence tracking, Athletic Coaches, TB testing, DOJ Fingerprinting, Keenan Training, Volunteers
